UPDATE: The Reminders integration is now both available in the portrait and landscape planners!
★ The latest update of the Shortcut (v2) allows you to select your preferred note-taking app. Upon running the shortcut, it will automatically return you to your chosen note-taking app, so you don’t need to switch from the Shortcuts app. But you may find it a bit slow.
If you encounter any issues or prefer a faster experience, please install the previous version Shortcut v1 instead.
For a better experience, I would still suggest using the Shortcuts app in slide-over mode.

Yes. This planner comes in multiple daily layouts. There's a simple daily layout with daily schedule, to do lists and space for notes. You can check out other layout options at forlittlelion.com/

When clicking on a hyperlink time in the daily section, I get a pop up saying “external link: an external link must be launched to handle the link…” I can still say yes to continue to do it and it then goes to my iCal. I was wondering if there was a way to bypass this message? It comes up every time. Same for trying to set reminders with the hyperlinks to apple reminders.

I’m having this pop-up for me every time, as well. I use Collanote as my pdf annotation app for my planner. I’m thinking there may be an option in the settings of collanote to have it automatically open external links without asking for approval first that could be turned on. I’ll let you know if I find it/if it works!

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to disable the popup message. The latest iOS seems to focus more on security and privacy so you always have this sort of popup when clicking external links in a PDF on iOS.

If I just want to use the reminders app and not the apple calendar, do i need to install the shortcuts? I use Google calendar but use the reminders app a lot! Thank you

Yes. You still need to install the shortcut for the Reminders links to work.

If you write on the daily section does the event also show on the weekly and monthly view or do you have to add the event to each?

Digital planner is essentially a PDF file with tons of hyperlinks. So unfortunately, it won't work like Google calendar that auto-syncs entries on different pages, etc. If you need to keep monthly, weekly & daily consistent, you can copy & paste.

does it work in the reverse? meaning if you add something to your calendar or list does it flow over to the planner?

The Calendar links make it easy to add an event to the Calendar app directly from the planner, unfortunately, not the other way around.

Was this video demonstration shown in Goodnotes or Notability? The screen is not the same in Notability and so I am unable to perform these tasks as demonstrated in Notability.

Hey, sorry for the confusion! There're a few things I need to clarify. 1. The demo is shown with GoodNotes. The Apple Calendar integration will work with whatever app you use. 2. The copy & paste trick does not work in Notability at the moment. It may in the future if their developer makes handwriting recognition work between apps. 3. The Reminders app integration is currently only available for portrait planners. But I will definitely consider adding it to the landscape planner if it's proven useful.
