This song has started bringing a tear to my eye since I rediscovered it this year after playing the game as a kid in the mid-90s...I like how you change the octaves in your version as well!

Incredible job. This game ruined my mind. I played it as a kid. It has forever stuck with me. I'm always seeking that lost mystery/adventure, but it's not to be found, much like the entire world of Koholint. By the way, it sounds really amazing when you drop to the low end of the piano. When I play this, I play it without the echo (and just use the pedals) - a bit ghetto.

Ive heard this song for years on the GBA. It sounds a lot better played on a piano. Not to say that it was just the piano and not the player. Amazing job. I loved it. :)
