This takes me back to when i was a kid, playing The Sims for hours and hours with my friends and family, back when life was so easy and simple. Man, i miss those good old days...
I can just hear the ramdomized knocks and clunks as this plays and I can imagine building a house and hearing the ring of the cash register when I puchase a couch and hear the thud of it when I put it down in the house.
I couldn’t be much glad just to read these wonderful childhood stories. That’s just how I grew up too. Would not lie that I am literally tearing apart while smiling right now. I missed the old times so much
I was 13 in the year 2001 , my father bought a pc for our family. its quite a powerful pc for the time, intel pentium 3 with nvidia riva tnt2. It came with starcraft, counter strike and sims pre-installed. My father and I played the sims a lot sometimes from sunrise to the next. I would control the sim life and he would build the house. Every time I heard this song, it would remind me of this specific memory. I loved the 90s and early 2000
The only very thing I am wondering is: who would dislike this?? The ones who do, I will place them in a tiny room with a cute fireplace and a carpet placed right next to it……...

I think we, minus the 7 fools, can all agree that The Sims had the best music. I hear this and it's like I'm 7 years old playing the game with my brothers again.

This is the song that was playing when I clicked build on the first frame of my first house fire, caused by that stupid gas stove. RIP, first Sim: you lived a short life.

I have this sheet music too, and great job!! Those riffs are no joke - you are a wonderful keyboardist. These are not at all “easy” pieces to learn or play, but they are very fun, indeed!
God I remember spending AGES working this thing out by ear when I was fifteen. It was my party piece. This version's slightly different in rhythm to the original but it's nice to know I'm not the only one to have learned this gorgeous piece :)
I still play the OG Sims. The new ones are great, but the original has that charm. It cannot be replicated. Thank you Saturos02 for your efforts here. This is just beautiful.

My favorite build mode music. There is a whole group of people that don't know anything about this style, bet they would like it if it was promoted. This music is so beautiful!

i have learned up to 0:24 by ear a bunch of years ago and never bothered to go further and i hate myself for that. this is the end song for me in the piano. when i can play this, i'll be fulfilled. if only i could read the damn musical moon runes... heck, i think i can learn a lot just from this video. i might try to. [edit] nice, now i can more or less play until the 1 minute mark. it's not a very hard song at all but it'll be pain to memorize and not mix parts together. i'm already doing that.

Because his show has things people want to see (not saying people don't want to see this, it's beautiful and I loved it), he is funny and well, I gotta say I'm subscribed and like it very much. Plus, if you didn't notice or see in the title, this is a cover of The Sims 1 soundtrack, the guy playing didn't compose it.
In a way its the most inspired and inspirational song because we all get to experience owning a manor and being classy and this is all about that. Its universal....1:13
I remember as a kid, I used to sit and whistle along to all the Sims 1 tunes as they played. It got to the point where my mum banned me for a whole weekend because it was so irritating to her. Well mum, I am almost 30 and whistling in my own home, so THERE.

@Saturos02 I'm looking through your videos to try and see what Piano your using, but each video is around 5mins long and I'm compelled to listen to all of it, this is going to take all night.
