Erika Villarreal: My engineering background explains why I’m such a process addict. I have a passion to improve processes and increase efficiencies. I’m curious and data driven. I enjoy analyzing numbers because of the stories they tell. If you’re not able to track the correct information, improving KPIs will be hard. I’ve had the opportunity to work in different departments and have a complete view of how business works.
I found my passion in Customer Success. Seeing customers achieve their desired outcomes gives you an incredible feeling of satisfaction that I have not seen in any other role before. Talking to customers, learning from their struggles and being able to provide a solution tailored to their needs is what drives me every day to work.
Ashna Patel: With over 10 years of experience in customer success, Account Management, Sales & understanding of Business acumen I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, and businesses grow and thrive in the SaaS industry.
I am also a Growth & Empowerment Coach who supports senior professionals and new leaders find clarity in their career goals and improve their overall well-being. Additionally, I am a Co-Founder at CS Insider & a Growth Coach at Pathway by CS Insider, a one-stop newsletter for all things customer success, designed for professionals at all levels and stages of their careers.
Through these ventures, I empower, mentor, and train individuals to achieve outstanding performance and build and scale SaaS businesses.
