This was edited. They lion was killed. If the other lion truly came in and saved the day they would've showed the whole sequence without edits. They just spliced stuff together for drama.
@@TheRealNumberSevenI think you would be shocked by the number of people who think they are completely mindless with no feelings. I've seen people talking about animals having emotions and someone cuts in with "it's just a dog, they aren't humans".
Remake was trash, I would go with the original 100%, Nala and Simba were the worst they weren’t as charismatic, and natural as the first ones, no emotion!!! And don’t get me started WITH RAFIKI!!!! What happened to that crazy, charismatic, colorful baboon we met on the original?!?!?! It was ok to say the least. Original will always be the best! Now let’s just wait and see how the Mulan remake is. 😬😬😬
This shows just how powerful a full grown male lion is. Even a whole pack of hyenas wasn't able take him down before the other male arrived. There's a reason they're a symbol of strength.
@@unit-3650yep they all play the long game because even with all of them there they know all it will take is a fraction of a second for that lion to wrap its jaws around its neck and kill it and none of them want to become a casualty to take one for the team for the pack they are all in it for themselves they just work together if there's two hyenas and one gets attacked the other one bolts they only help each other when they're in large numbers and I think they might be able to get a snack out of it
@@ImsorryIdontExist he who greets withe fire! Also Olobor is known as a hyena killer. Killed over 300 adult hyenas! Olobor is still doing what he does best since he is still alive!
This might well be the single best moment ever captured on any nature programme. Lions are remarkable animals. And the brotherly bond at the end signifies that to the utmost!
@@drifter266 Not true. Single male lions do sometimes make friends with other single male lions. They don't have to be brothers. However a lion in charge of a pride will fight a strange lion, that's true.
Yes, the difference is that they are not aware of their feelings. They may feel happy, but they just feel it. They can't conciously comprehend their emotions
It's mostly because none of them wants to get injured. If they were forced to fight to the death the hyenas would win, but you have to consider the type of life hyenas have. If they get injured, they can't hunt, and noone would share food with them- the same problem that lions have, but lions live in much smaller groups, so there'd be at least something left over. Also, if they return to their clan injured, another hyena would probably advantage of that and take their rank.
Edgy Child doubtful kid, ur mad ur little hyena bois get clapped by the big boi. One on twenty and they couldn’t take him down l o fucking l. Get destroyed kid. Go back to your zoology class.
@@ronjohnson5488 That's a STORY. Just like there are stories of people being able to fly. I guarantee that's BS. Hyenas have so many advantages. They're smarter, have more energy, tougher, way stronger bite force, there's no way a pitbull could kill a hyena unless it was half dead or a cub.
Hyenas give me the creeps. What strange animals. That noise they make is legitimately horrifying and they also go for the balls on other animals to weaken them. Now that is all sorts of nasty.
@@bigstuntnsp No, tiger in this situation also will never beat hyenas 1 vs 20. And for reminding, there are many tigers got killed by lions in the past time one on one. So tiger is no exceptions.
Danny Yu Possibly, It looked like Red was kicked out of his pride (Which is normal to prevent incest.) And stumbled upon these hyenas, and a family member/brother appeared.
Man the look in the 2nd lion’s eyes.... sensing his brother’s voice somewhere in the hyena noise ... “ I hear you bro, I hear you!... I’M COMING !” Majestic!
It's a plot hole though. A whole pack can definitely tire out one single male lion, and wont pass up a chance to kill a competitor. They wont risk any more if theres more than one though.
@@rebelpoxy Animals work on a whole different way. You see, when they (the hyenas) saw their fellow desert dog gets beaten, they'll hesitate to advance. If one out of dozens of them stops, the other will hesitate too. Thus making them afraid to make a move on the dominant force. In this case, the lion seemed to be not that dominant of a nature. So yeah, dogs win.
@@tuantani8480 lol desert dog? Contrary to popular beliefs, hyenas are not even related to dogs; they're closer to cats taxonomy-wise. And compared to lions, pretty sure they have have better success rates when it comes to coordinated hunting in the African savannah, second only to the African painted dogs. Lions are only bigger and stronger, but when it comes to team work, they pale to hyenas. People tend to side with lions since hyenas are ugly asf.
Bob amazon your comment is ridiculous and wrong. Does a human kill new girlfriends kids on a regular basis? Do they constantly murder their rivals? No. Go into the woods and meet some actual predators and let me know how that goes. Let me know if they are less vicious. Maybe your wild family is different, but that is because the weak and insecure people have something to prove.
@@bobamazon2094 this is funny that two lions rubbing affectionately after one saves the others ass leads to this conversation😁 dolphins do actually rape each other, apes go to "war" and kill other groups either for food or to drive them out. Given enough time to form an advanced neocortex, and an industrial age, I'm sure another species would be capable of ravaging the earth and creating world wars. Most of us know right from wrong, but we are essentially animals ourselves. So I mean, besides this big old brain that can consider these things were the same.
I just love when they rub their heads together. The love is there. He's like " I got you bro" even though they're lions they still show love & got each other's back!
He's a badass. Outnumbered, they were wearing him out, yet he stood his ground and wasn't going to be taken down easily. 1:37 was the face of fear, understandable enough.
not really Lions won't fight if they are in disavantage just like Hyennas if a pack of 4,5 hyennas is there fighting the 2 lions(if they are alone and they know the have no pride) they will back off
That is a clip they added of two other lions or not even after this incident. It's easy to tell because the lion who was in trouble's mane looks different in the last clip.
Was that lion an absolute smartass or what. He kept his ground and never once backed off from those creepy laughing hyenas, and when they got close he sat down to protect his ballsack. Badass lion for sure.
They were relative. Maybe cousins or belonged in the same pride. The one being attacked is fully grown and the one that came for the rescue is a young one that doesn’t even have his mane completely. So they can’t be brothers.
Yes but the storytelling is 'fake'. The lion being saved by his 'friend' is a fallacy as that footage at the end there is hours or even days after the attack.
Can we appreciate how truly legitimately disturbing the laughing noise they make is. Holy balls. Imagine hearing that in the middle of the night - Nightmare fuel.
What second lion? Are you all blind? None of the two lions at the end look like lion attacked. Those are different videos, faking a story for views. That lion got killed
2:44 This scene make me so happy, like a Hollywood movie I saw before the desperate looks in his eyes 1:36 He fights, he fights to stay alive brutaly or die and than the hero comes 2:44 I have tears in my eyes, he be saved
