He is not tired, but it's first time I see this side of him at Miami. He started well but got frustrated on his teammates for missing good chances, not passing back to him in good possitions or missing passes, even not making runs when he has the ball.
His accuracy of passes didn't dropped at all. He found his players quite accurate when he was static, but when you are passing to player in tight spaces, (Nashville typically parked the bus), whilst in motion, it is quite difficult since the players are not barca-esque in close control. Also, leo should have just passed the ball more to the wings this game and Tata Martino should have brought Campana little earlier because of his ability to head the ball, while slinging in crosses from wings.
Good match, Taylor needs to decide which leg he is going to kick with because the 2 plays he had one-on-one with the goalkeeper, in the first he accommodated himself to kick with his right foot and in the second when he was able to kick from the right directly to the goal he tried to settling in for the left leg, idk.
Man, these guys are tired by now. Nashville is all rested. Miami has played 10 matches in 4 weeks, and some going past regulation. Mismi can use a 5-6 day rest. For everyone. Plz...
Why didn't he just launched at the 1st touch at 4:27 , that was the best chance of the game. Man, Jordi should just taken a shot 4:47 instead of dribbling the defender. 6:27 - Awesome chance created by Messi for Taylor. Great bit of close control and dribble 8:29 but 2 players were free at the wings who could do something. Well, its a decent match for Messi. I think today, Messi didn't utilised properly Ruiz, Taylor, Yedlin on right wing, most of the time he kept the ball with himself, dribbled to the point where he was getting exhausted and looking for foul. I think its the 1st match where his decision making was little off, otherwise he would be on point 100% of the time. Also, the opposition decided to not give leo any space in front of the box in the middle area, where leo is most lethal, i think he should have trusted his wingers and believe they would have stepped up or they in return would have find him back. Hope, my GOAT comebacks strong against LAFC.
Seems like he lost his trust in his teammates after those wasted chances. You can see that he gradually avoided passing to two wings and chose to attack more in the middle, hence, more attempts to dribble through the defense.
@@NguyenNguyen-hv2dd Clearly he was struggling on his own continuously dribbling, sometimes he gotta trust them. If you have watched the last dribble in the final moments he almost scored a goal after a wonder dribble run past 3 defenders, only because he himself was on the wings. I think messi should have shifted to the wings, because they were parking in the middle with 8 players in columns of 2.
This inter Miami game reminds me of PSG and old Argentina matches everyone waiting for Messi to do something watching him but not making enough efforts themselves
I loved that ball step 360 twirl and immediately did a foot to foot followed by a panna that was ridiculous idk how he can think so fast and have so much skill.
Nashville parked the bus and are playing super aggresive. Playing aggresive can frustrate any player. Injuries are no joke. These dudes are playing soccer like they wanna play american football.
Gracias por producir los videos con el seguimiento de Messi en la cancha. No estoy suscripto a Apple y tus videos me permiten ver el trabajo de Messi que no aparece en otros resúmenes de sus partidos.
At least 2 clear passes he gave that should have been goal. I dont understand how people saying he is tired. Messi is going to start getting the critizism just like in europe. Why not blame the others for not scoring literaly half goal passes. Same story the 1st game he doesnt score.
La mls si quiere prosperar tiene que saber que los clubes no pueden desaparecer de un año al otro como si nada, los hinchas historicos de un club son los que lo hacen lo que es
Messi vs Nashville stats: Dribbling: 5 dribbling success 7 shots Touches: 93 Pass accuracy: 52 ( 80%) 2 key passes 25 possesion lost 8.0 ratings ( from Sofascore) As a Messi fan i think Messi having a bad performance today
4:12 how is that not a foul in the penalty box? He's not even facing the ball. No attempt to get the ball. It's like he's saying "nobody is allowed in the penalty area"... wtf?
And mysteriously enough, that someone has scored only 3 penalties among his 11 goals, and has even provided 3 assists, in his first 9 games of the season.
@@ngabacletus9677 dis wat happens when u know no ball, the leagues cup is an official trophy where both the mls and liga mx leagues compete to win the trophy play in a World Cup-style tournament that will qualify three clubs for the 2024 Concacaf Champions League (if you dnt know what the Concacaf is u might wanna watch a differnet sport), and about the preseason friendly (ARAB CUP) i was talkin about, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki al-Faisal🗣: “All clubs played with great effort in the Arab Championship, although the tournament is considered a friendly tournament.” 😭😭😭, dnt believe me believe the prince who actually knows the game, and these fans wanna brag stats from a preseason friendly go to bed fam 🤣🤣🤣
They are not supposed to catch him or do such an interaction and the The referee doing nothing, Nashville players like monsters they prefer having a free kick and do anything to stop miami
Messi really need to practice his dribbling multiple opponents more, because otherwise it’s very hard to create Space and openings when the defense is very tight.
