The solution to refs making bad calls is to have a rule that allows penalties to be reviewed and potentially reversed. The refs would surely be more careful with penalties if there was a possibility for a reversal.

illegal use of the hands is a foul if a player "thrusts his hands forward above the frame of an opponent to contact him on the head, neck, or face" - Rule 12 Section 1 Article 3 of the NFL rulebook. Trey Flowers hand was at DBak's throat, for at least the first penalty. The second one, I'm not too sure about.

If you watch football, you'd see that things like that happen very often but are rarely called. I don't agree with the illegal use of hands penalty. Either of them, but based off of the definition of the rule there's a basis for the first called penalty. I don't think there is for the second.

Lions should have won this game. Packers literally got away with 8 or ten missed calls. 13 men on def Face mask by Amos Face mask by bakhtari twice and their other OL Play clock reaching double zero twice and not called Packers td should be ruled down at the 1 yard line or reviewed to make sure he had full control of the ball cause Lazard never had full control of the ball and his knee hit the ground. When your knee hits the ground before touching the red zone then it means you gave yourself up and he was touched too.
