This song saved my life when it came out. I had just turned 15 and this song instantly had a huge effect on my life…. Needless to say I have live love burn die tatted on my arm. Beautiful song.
I first heard this song on a burned ATRAC cd a friend gave me in school. I would listen to that cd on the bus going to and from school. This was similarly the song that got me accustomed to vocals involving screaming, because the song was so damned good.
arent you tired of being weak?, such rage that you could scream all the stars right out of the sky, such a kick ass lyrics, such an extremly foolish outward ego!!! aaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!
The only band I can think of that did/does what you're talking about while having remotely any connection to Atreyu is From Autumn To Ashes. They toured together in '04. Autumn's Monologue and The Fiction We Live would be what you're thinking of, where two people sing about each other.
@Ellboyo95 i think it says "I feel so much more, so much more exhumed" just over and over again. it's hard to understand because there's two voices, and the rapid guitar triplets
alot of the clean vocals are brandon saller, alex doesnt like clean vox as much as screaming, but thats just the sound they were progressing into (more singing) Have yu heard alex's new band?? pure hardcore and all screaming
angelicdevil44 that’s the best damn solo. I repeat that part over n over till the piano. Such good music. Which no adays u gotta have face tats n Xanax n mumble n I’ll make it not talent
Hollywood Records is owned by Disney. Which is hilarious to look at their site. It's like... Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Aly and AJ, Atreyu, Plain White Tees
one of their best, their new stuff all sounds the same, real shit!, btw yese, they are saying words w at 1:17 they repeat 'so bitter and so cold' over and over
i know this is just in general and not about Atreyu but what about Pete Wentz from fall out boy i heard about him more than any of the other members of that band and he is a bassist
@Xtreme090 oh, lol i wasnt tryna be a smart ass..believe me ive been a hardcore atreyu fan since 2000 i was still in elementary then...jus the fact that he put "kick ass guitar solo" as commentary made me laugh...cheers ^.~
