I had a similar thing happen only the pin didn’t shear. I extended the jack fully, filed down any ridges and turned the inner tube with a pipe wrench while retracting. Worked great. Had to hammer the alignment dimple back too.
I took one of my short jacks apart down to below the two bearings where the top of the screw is. I saw plenty of grease at the top but I was unable to get down to the main part of the screw to lubricate it. Any ideas? You had the screw completely out to repair it, right. Thanks for your video. Is there an easy way to lubricate the screw in the landing legs?
Dave Whitaker yes once you take the pin out and remove the bearings slide the screw part out or it turns out . Good luck hope it work out for you . Jeff
Do you know if the only difference between the left and the right is the motor? The serial numbers are different but I think they go to the Motor/drive not to the jack itself
Truckin RV do you not know any difference the motor can be taken off and put it to different positions so I think they're interchangeable that's it my guess would be they look the same
