hello welcome to the kitchen meetings I am going to make liquid do tortilla wrap.
ingredients:
all purpose flour 1 cup
water 1 cup
dry milk powder 1 tbs
sugar half tsp
salt half tsp
oil 1 tbs
recipe:
mix water and flour gradually. then add oil, sugar, salt and dry milk powder. keep aside for 5 mins. no lump should be there.
now take a non stick pan. pre heat it for 5 minutes. now take a ladle full and gently rotate it on the pan in circular motion.
gently press the ladle. turn the wrap accordingly. immediately keep your wrap in a kitchen cloth so that it remains soft.
