Hi Janet. Thank you for sharing. In the past, I have used a lot of Mary Kay products. Then I went nearly a decade without using makeup hardly ever. Now that I'm in my 50's i wear some a little more often. I like your Hazelnut/ Light Beam combo. I like the purple on you too, but I think a layered look would look better than a one and done with it. I have hooded eyes and appreciate your tips.

I like meteor shower and pink starlight the best. I love the one and done idea of these shadows. I really appreciated the technique with the hazelnut and meteorite. That’s something that I could do and the effect is beautiful on your eyes

@@junehouge1276 honestly I haven’t worn anything besides cc cream since last summer. I have an open tube of beige w100 on my vanity so that’s likely my summer shade. I need to swatch again though. I just love the cc cream so much it’s my go to!

@@BeautybyDawnB Thank you! Love your videos and learn something new each time. I have the 3D Foundation in Matte Beige N150, Matte Beige N200, Luminous Beige 150, and now CC Cream Light to Medium. I still think my fav is the Luminous foundation. I am a “young” 70 and a “summer.” You are gorgeous!

Do you think light beam liquid eyeshadow or pink starlight would go well soft heather eyeshadow? I'm thinking about getting courageous pink heart shaped lipstick. Is it easy to apply because I have never used a lipstick like that? How well does the lipstick stay on?

I think either would go well with soft heather also I’d probably choose the light beam if I were wearing them together. And it stays on pretty well for me at least. With all the MK lipstick I typically only need to reapply after eating.
