I like how a bunch of these “health gurus” on TikTok actively attack the sugar part but then reference a coffee that has 45 grams of sugar

Very solid point. Unfortunately, it's "cool" to demonize sugar & scare people into avoiding it. But in reality, a few grams of sugar won't kill you

I don’t know about a normal rehydration but it sure worked wonders on my hangover. I legitimately thought it was placebo.

I’ve been using liquid IV on and off at work for the last two months. I work as an outbound order selector and am allowed 3 breaks per shift, two being 30 minutes each and the last break being 15 minutes. I typically work 12-13 1/2 hour shifts and I can definitely say that using liquid IV with water helps me stay hydrated while lifting and moving 50-100lb boxes all night without having to take 30 bathroom breaks per shift. I do like mixing it with Gatorade also.

I also work a hard manual labor job and liquid Iv keeps me going. Very very similar story to mine. Stay hydrated brother and don’t forget to lift with your knees!

I take a half gallon jug and fill it with ice then add the liquid iv combined with 2 bottles of water instead of 1. It tastes much better and of course you’re drinking more liquid anyways for optimal hydration.l 👌👌

I don't know, I scanned it on the Yuka app and it's rated 0 out of 100. It says the dipotassium phosphate and silicon dioxide is hazardous. Then again, I guess just about everything has something "harmful" in it.

11 grams of sugar is nothing yet everyone goes crazy about it and tells me not to use them. I’m starting to drink these after runs I think my body can afford the 11 grams of sugar after a 5 mile run, people these days 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It’s filled with sugar and surprising doesn’t taste good. Little disappointed that Joe Rohan speaks so highly of liquid IV.

Agreed, I don't think the taste is amazing, but that's not super surprising because of the strong sodium taste. You would think the sugar would help with that, but at least it has a purpose in the formula & is effective at rehydrating👍🏼

1:30 "I decided to try the watermelon flavor because I obviously like watermelon." 🤔 How is it obvious that you like watermelon, guy? It would make sense for your to say something like "I'm obviously wearing a white shirt" but you liking watermelon isn't an obvious thing. Maybe you're a guy who just mindlessly spews words and phrases that you don't understand the meaning and intent behind.

@@bodycompprescription Huh? You're still not understanding? You must struggle with reading comprehension, or have some type of cognitive disability. Nobody suggested you buy a flavor you don't like. My point was about you saying "OBVIOUSLY I like watermelon". My point was that there's nothing obvious about which flavor you like, so it's ignorant to add "obviously" to that statement.
