Hey buddy. Thanks for the video! From what I gathered from this video is that you must be at some sort of biomechanical advantage in horizontal rowing. I was under the impression that keeping your arm closer to your body was mostly to hit the lower lats (but I suppose that's only from a vertical pulling position it looks like). Then it looks like pulling in the sagital plane is preferrential to the middle and lower lat fibers, for whatever reason. Is this just all basic muscle anatomy? Idk. Anyways, appreciate it!
I did the trash bag method one summer and lost over 30 pounds. that’s fat, not (water) weight. i was lighter and leaner. clothes fit better. i went down a shirt size and waist size. sweating cools your body yea but it also burns calories. you do a sauna suit consistently while working out, you’ll shed pounds of fat.
It works, just like going in to a sauna after a workout. Sweating out the salt in your body helps a lot, important to know that you have to eat right or nothing will work.
Instead of using the water sweetener like mio, use natural sweetener like raw honey because lots of the sweeteners like mio have Sucralose in them and they are very unhealthy.
out of everything on this list, I'd go with Ryse because it's a greater starter pre but you can go with Woke AF or Gold Standard if you have a higher caffeine tolerance
If I’m correct I think it’s because the shoulders are still in the same position so it trains the same head of the bicep ( I think short head) and you really only need 1-3 bicep exercises that hit the short and long head + the brachialis
