Jesse, you are by far the best resource for learning Phoenix FD. it is incredibly generous of you to submit so much content and provide all the project files for free.
Hi. Is there a tutorial for creating a smokey atmosphere? Im not sure what settings to play with so the the smoke slowly lingers in the room. Could you tell me what settings id need to play with in order to just have a smokey misty room, that isnt to densely filled with smoke? Thanks
How can I let the smoke build up and rise over time? I want the room to gradually fill up with smoke. Thank you and I love your videos, theyre a big help.
Thanks for the amazing tut. Can u explain how to use turbulance and mapper please? Im at my deadline and i need to learn them for smoke. If u have explained them, can u tell in what tuts or share some links pls? Thanks. Keep up the good work!
No because it was made in the older version of Phoenix. In the new version using particle tuner is the better method to achieve hardening lava, and is described in my Phoenix liquid course 2.0
Great Tutorials!! I ve a question. Have you ever simulate a yacht or ship on phoenix fd ocean?? I kinda need some tips for it. Would be great to learn from you. Keep up with good work!!
@@RedefineFX Thank you for the answer, Yeah there is it but there is some issues i could ask... First the horizon roughness, And how to simplfy GI. Its such important that to show off your model in our industry. I guess i will wait for yours... I read and watch that tutorial for like 15 times...
@@n2prod I think you're confused by the whole ID thing. It's really just a way to emit liquid only out of a selected polygon. It doesn't affect anything else.
Hey, fire, smoke and meshes now render with Corona, Particle Shader is not supported yet ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QmO7JBfrzuw.html coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000041618-phoenix-fd-foam-rendering-is-not-supported-
Jesse, your tutorials are the best, thank you! I have one question though and I can't find a solution (even after watching your tutorials). How would you make a water cloud effect that appears under a helicopter hanging over water, when it lifts a lot of rotating water droplets and generates radial foam, like in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UHM4M1ssiFU.html I tried an honest approach but Wind SpaceWarp just pushed ocean sim below the rest of the ocean and generates weird splashes. Thank you!
Hey, thank you. The mist can just be a smoke sim just like the rotor wash tut on my channel. The water being pushed away by the chopper is something I’ve covered in my water course
