Thank you for sharing this! Ms. Fischer truly is a gracious and kind person. We hope to you have the opportunity to see her perform live soon; see you in the music.
I use to go back in my thoughts and think about the story she tells about kind of when it happened, when she realized she was born for music. She was on her way to kindergarten, I think Lisa called it, alongside her mother, and Lisa found a piece of paper on the ground and picked it up and found notes on it; she brought it with her to the kindergarten and asked if she could sing for the others, I guess from the paper with notes, I don't remember exactly, which she was let to do...problem was that she never seemed to come to a stop, so the teacher had to thank her to make it ever to stop ... that was the day she knew...God bless the child that got his/her own...
I had the opportunity to see her sing on stage live before her album dropped when she was a backup singer for the amazing Luther Vandross…. He introduced her and gave her the stage to sing. I bought her CD and absolutely loved it….. even still today!
I love love love love loveeee me some Lisa Fisher since I was a teenager. Since Luther Vandross and How can I ease the pain I would watch her on BET over and over AGAIN. I can still hit that high note from that song 😂😅❤😅😂 30 years later❤ She is an AMAZING AMAZING SINGER.
A true queen, she has humility, great energy, love in a vessel . I am honored to witness and ever so inspired. She is rare her heart soul and sounds. The world would be better place with more of the energy of this level of refinement. I cry in joy, sorrow and appreciation 🥹 . Thank you for being here with us Lisa please stay a long time
Lisa if you're reading this, I'm the photographer you took a photo with @ The American Music Awards bk in the 90's with you in that hot black feather hat outside the Beacon Theater after the awards. And I was at Rose's Mom's 90th BD a few years ago which you did a skype to whish her HBD. btw, I still have the shot of us, too, Smile. jc
Yes, we can confirm, she can and does quite often during her live performances. A complete listing of her upcoming live performances through 2024 are available on our website and new dates are added as the are announced. See you in the music!
I saw her with the Cincinnati Pops and it was the best concert of theirs that I've seen. Wild Horses brought tears to my eyes. I wish it had gone on forever!
That voice is so iconic. I still pass out trying to hold that last ease the pain note, just like I did when I first heard it. Things be alright on the "I need to how" part but then goes to hell from there. My neighbors called the police a couple times thinking I was getting attacked in my apartment. Nope, just me trying to keep the note like Lisa, but never do!! I've learned to let them know ahead of time whenever I'm about to attempt to sing that song. 😂🎤🚔
I believe Lisa is so tense in Contact with god and the universe, cause she spread the love only with her presence, i must cry everytime when i see and hear her, what a beautiful human

Sagittarius-born are able to transform their thoughts into concrete actions, and they will do anything to achieve their goals.
Lisa Fischer is a great singer...period. Mick Jagger does a very good job on the stage, but...when Lisa sings with him, they are GREAT together. She has the magic! to make it work. A great singer!!
Her performance in Japan in 91 singing How can I ease the pain was amazing and she is so beautiful there. She could of had so many hits if she felt comfortable being a solo artist out in the front
I show You at Oakland Coulisum at Oakland California. Opening act Anita Baker and her background vocals the Perrì and Headline Luther Vandross and Lisa Fischer performed her hit song "HOW CAN I EASE THE PAIN "
omigoodness, I want to write for her! Who writes her songs? Does she write herself? She’s amazing and has always been incredible! I hope she will be performing one of my songs one day!!!!
Know what? I’ve noticed they often leave out Luther when introducing and speaking of artists Lisa has sung bg for. Idk why. I’m like how could anyone forget Luther?! 😮
@@tmn8547 Exactly! She sang with him for years! 1983 until he passed away 2005. He was the one that encouraged her to go solo. His name should always be mentioned 1st!!! May he continue to Rest in Paradise.🕊️🤍
