The performance at FIRST TAKE is of course amazing, but for me the recording from the concert performance was better. Each of her performances is very emotional and it is interesting to see how a crowd of people responds to her with the same emotion. Plus a full set of drums and guitar...

Lisa has a LOT of fantastic rock songs. I can't understand why all the reactions from her are from this show instead of her own live shows (with the real music of the songs) or music videos.

LiSA is extremely talented and one of my favorite singers. Her live shows are very entertaining and high energy. I am surprised GuRenge wasn't requested. She crushes it.

LiSA is sort of a pop singer, but knowing what j-pop and j-rock are, I am never disappointed with her songs. Perhaps they will offer you her song Gurenge, any versions of which from this singer are brilliant. I recently watched her concert performance with the song “Rock-MODE” about six years ago. At concerts, she splashes out a huge amount of energy on the audience.

Nice that you started reacting to Lisa on your channel. Nothing against the first takes of her songs because it focuses more on her vocals but I definitively prefer the main versions since they have a Rock vibe in the instrumental.

There are English CC on the original video and they talk about how she gets into her emotions for this song at the end. It's about losing a close friend before their time and they go over how she gets that emotion into the song. LiSA actually won the equivalent of Japan's Emmy's for this song. Before anyone says she's just an anime song singer, she did start out as a regular solo vocalist doing 200 capacity venues like every other musician has done in Japan so she's not completely fabricated by the industry. It took a long time for her to be picked up by the record industry and be promoted like she is now.

Please check up LiSA LIVE performance "Believe in Myself" which was the first song she composed. Lyricist and Composer by LiSA herself. She was sick during this LIVE performance with bad cold and bad sore throat but still one of the great performance by her in my opinion. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3MoWyq_gBEM.html Also do check up and react to "Itsuka no Tegam". Both of the songs were sang in the same day in one of her concert. Very nice songs. I know only 1 other song of LiSA, gurenge, and really only the 1stTake version, as well XD in that one she has her hand on that box the whole time as well. Totally not my kind of music too, but I really enjoy her sound, though I liked gurenge much more. As for that period at the end, she seemed very emotional there, combined with what other comments said, she probably talked about that a bit

The First Take has released videos where artists screwed up. I have not watched a huge number of the videos, but maybe like 25 or so. In those, I saw about three videos that they released where the artists have screwed up. As far as vocalists, Lisa is generally considered towards the top as a vocalist in Japan. She has the success and critical acclaim to back that up. She has described herself as someone who failed at everything else but singing. Overall I enjoyed your reaction and agree with quite a bit of what you said. In your reactions that I have watched, I appreciate the honesty of your reactions. Not every artist, or every song, is for everyone and appreciate that you say that frequently in your reactions. As far as what is said after she stops singing, It is actually the artist, who was also the songwriter, talking about the meaning of the song that she had written.

Lisa doesn´t need a last name. She´s far too famous. That chanel the first take was made by Sony for famous Japanese artists to perform during the pandemic. Stripped to everything that happens in the studio in one take without any track, 2nd take ... Lisa is some of the best voices in Japan. And a queen of anime songs. That song was produced for the Netflix production of Demon Slayer 2nd season. However it is a balade and we all know you don´t like balades.

Try turning on closed captions next time. At the end of the song, she talks about the meaning of the song. So yes, it had a bearing and connection to the song. I know from years of watching your channel and being subscribed to your channel that you tend to focus on music and musicianship rather than the lyrics. In this case, I believe that you short-changed yourself by not having the lyrics up on the screen. Otherwise, it is a great review and reaction, and I believe a fair score based on you not knowing the lyrics. Personally, I think you would really enjoy her more if you watched her live in front of 18,000 people. You use the phrase "stage general" with certain vocalists; such as Asami of Lovebites; LiSA (& that is how her stage name is stylized) fits that description! BTW, her real name is Risa Oribe. But as many Japanese people have problems with the R sound, she went with LiSA as her stage name. Is she technically one of the greatest vocalists ever 🤔? Probably not. However, she is one of my all-time favorite vocalists because she puts EVERYTHING into a song and wears her emotions on her sleeve. Which is why I LOVE LiSA. She makes me feel!!! Floor Jansen is technically one of the BEST vocalists, yet she doesn't make me "feel", even on songs which lyrically should have me in tears such as "How's the Heart", yet she's singing it with a big smile on her face! Sorry for me going on a RANT!!! I know that's supposed to be your job!!!! Again bro, GR8 reaction/review 👍 just maybe try watching the video again with the closed captions ON!!!

Damn I hate when this happens. I can't understand why people who want you to react to someone pick a song that is NO way near representative of them at their best. LiSA is a huge star with a lot of great songs, but most of them are truly "medium" rock songs performed in concert. I mean, what the hell does anyone expect from David here. I can name ten other songs that would better represent what she brings to the table. (It reminds me of the ONE song David reacted to by Scandal. They're one of the best all girl straight up rock bands in history, yet the only song he was asked to react to was Space Ranger. I mean WTF. It has to sour David on the performer.) Alright, enough of my rant. Damn, this is annoying.

People, know who you're asking to react and what they are used to. This guy likes rock and metal, this song was not a good introduction. Gurenge would have been a significantly better request. You people need to learn how to think.
