It really should've been! All her songs should be! I still can't believe that this wasn't on "The Very Best of Lisa Loeb". They left out too many good songs on that CD!
ahh another great one-take video.. really like her outfit! also like how they intentionally gave us a peek of the light and camera crew, really gives a sense of being a normal day rather than a production shoot.
She's 42 NOW, she was 33 when the video was made. Sigh. Time flies. I still remmeber the day I purchased my copy of Cake and Pie at Border's and how disappointed I was when the album barely made the top 200 Billboard album charts. :(
I don't think people appreciate how difficult it is to make a music video in one take, you run the risk of not looking perfect in parts of it, so its a show of honesty on how she actually looks, and she looks fab for 41!!!
It is, but she has assistants that answer her mail, etc. I don't know if she ever check it. She might read it, but has people to reply to messages, and friend requests.
@MrSilenus79 More impressive, it's all a steady-cam shot. The Operator (tm) was pretty good too; one commenter pointed out the lag on the field - that was very deliberate, and s/he ran to catch up, and kept decent control all the way (remember, this cam operator is generally walking *backwards* during all of this). Ms. Loeb does the "steady-cam dance" very well. :-)
Right at the end of the song, the guy in the background....is he pulling GRAMMY AWARD out of the trash barrel? BTW-LL, I've always loved this one. Hope to hear you again soon....G.

It seem like it says 'What you need, just happens to be what you've wanted', at one point, and later, it says: "What you need, just happens to be what you've got, which is what you want" A bit confusing...
