I love this song! Lisa was an amazing singer/songwriter! I wish She received more recognition while she was alive. She had Mad skills, & of course she was Beautiful inside & out. I will Miss you Lisa Marie❤️
I remember hearing a video clip of Lisa Marie singing years ago, and really loving her voice. But I was beyond the age of buying records or CDs anymore and like many people have commented I never really heard much about her after that. One thing I do find though is that I often cannot hear her lyrics when she’s singing, but I love the bands that she has with her, and I love her voice. And she definitely has star quality and stage presence.
Other than being a mega fan of her dad's, I was also a fan of hers in her own right. Such a powerful moving catalogue of songs in just three albums. And I'm crushed that I will never have the chance to see or meet her just to tell her how amazing of an artist she really is. Rest in eternal peace with your son and father Lisa Marie 🙏
LMFP was beautiful, smart, cool, funny, nice, down to earth, a rebell, a family person, a great musician and songwriter. I LOVED her look, her style, how she smiled and how she moved on stage or videos. She was unique and an exceptional human being. I miss her and the world really lost a real treasure. The ones who still don't recognize that will find out.
Yes they will, the reason she stopped making music was because people were saying she was following her Dad's footsteps but, that is not true, she had a different sound but, the music industry did her the same way they did Elvis when he first started out, even told him he couldn't sing, we all know that was a lie. Lisa didn't have a unique name but you're right she was very much Unique in every way. And Americans does not relate to unique they do not like unique here in America. If you have a unique name here in America their Bias toward it, If you are unique on the stage there Bias towards it, America 🇺🇸 Loves keeping up with the Joneses They have been that way for hundreds of years You have got to have the same name, you have got to sing and act like a poplar singer or you're not in the Jones Family. I left a very ugly and hateful man of 23 years who abused me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and we had a Son together and I was engaged to him for 15 years and we were together for a total of 23 years until I raised my youngest Son and he had graduated from high school! I left the West Coast and moved to Oklahoma to be closer to my Dad, my HERO, where he was born and raised! Right after I moved here, I bought a really cool Ford Ranger XLT with the most badass rockin'stereo system and speakers and I went to the local Walmart and was flipping through the CD's trying to find some good music to listen to and that is when I saw your CD called, "To Whom it May Concern", this was in October of 2009! I had been deprived of everything and anything that brought me happiness in my life and music has always been a very huge part of my Mom's and my 3 Sister's growing up and my Mom had every single one of Elvis Presley's albums so I pretty much knew a lot of your Dad's song's, my favorite is Kentucky Rain! When I saw your name, I immediately knew that you were Elvis's Daughter but I had no idea that you were a singer and song writer and that you had put out an album but I just grabbed the CD and paid for it and went straight to my new pickup and opened that CD and cranked the volume up! I was so blown away by your beautiful and amazing voice and every lyric hit me straight in my heart! I did find your other two CD's and I listened to SOB over and over and I played that CD until my stereo would keep shooting back out because I had worn it down so far! My Dad passed away 10 months after I moved here and it will be 13 years next month that I made the best move of my entire life, I've tried 3 times to move from Oklahoma and every single time I was right back here in this little hometown of mine within 3 months and this is where I will continue to live but I say, "Thank you Lisa Marie", because it was your song's and your amazing music that helped me through the darkest days of my life! I still listen to your songs and I'm always asking my friends and family if they have ever heard any of your songs and a few have but I have had the pleasure to introduce you to them all and now they're playing your song's and we're watching your videos! Your a beautiful lady inside and out and I wish you much Peace, Love, and Happiness always 🙏💞🙏🔥💯🔥

Absolutely proves People can die from a broken heart 😢 She never got over or accepted her beloved sons death by suicide 😢. When he died she said her soul went with him.. Just a little comment from a mom who lost a child as well, & I don't think this was meant, but I try to just help people learn & know about how to be there for a grieving mother, parent... You NEVER EVER get over the death. And it hurts when people say that. I can tell here you didn't mean it at all in a bad way... I get it. Like I said I just try to help others understand. Those words are hated. We live with it. We become a different person. Again plz don't think I'm coming at u... I'm not at all 😊
Ya it is so so sad her dad and grandma also died so young . I thought so was on something, she was back taking opioids and she lost 40-50 lbs for two months so would look good at the awards 😪

I hate the fact that I tend to love artists after they pass! What an unbelievable horrible way to grow up ( in the end) How she lived as long as she did amazed me. I have always listened to Lisa Marie. Was happy when I said wish I could hear her sing one more time. There she was boy was I happy. I watch this one because she does such a good job with the song. She was made for this one. And white wedding.
I'm the same. Didn't know she had music out until after her death. She could sing. She had her own style. Most songs seem to be about events of her life. This sonģ is about her breakup from MJ and how quickly he moved on to Debbie. But for about 4 yrs they tried to get back together. You saw her with him at many of his concerts and dinners. Look at pix of them. They looked happy. Laughing, joking with big smiles. You don't see that with any of her other 3 marriages. R.I.P. Lisa as you are now with your beloved father, son and MJ.

I think she's simply one of the most sincere singers I've ever heard, his compositions are very sincere and deep, only those who know her story will understand well. Besides being beautiful, has a very strong personality, is not doing anything to the media is, and I find it very hard to be in place because it will always be compared to Elvis, only that people have to understand that her being good need not be another Elvis, but a real Lisa, have the courage to be herself full of personality.
People are so critical. Her Mom and Dad are from the entertainment industry. This is her training and upbringing. She is working. Just like any other kid in a family business.

Lisa has good pitch and I agree she has soul. It would have been interesting to see how she could have blossomed with some vocal coaching. Not everyone is a natural born brilliant vocalist, but many have trained their voices to bring them to another level. I think she deserved some help and no one stepped in to advise her. It takes guts to stand in the shadow of Elvis Presley - there will be judgement no matter what.
