Lisbon airport is the main international and domestic airport of Portugal. It is also known as Humberto Delgado or Portela Airport. This is the most convenient Airport in Europe because it’s just 7km away from the city center of Lisbon and just need 10 to 15 minutes to reach. The cheapest way to go and come from city center is via Metro (1.5 euro) but there is also Bus, Taxi, Uber services are available.
Lisbon airport has two terminals. Before fly from Lisbon airport, you must check whether it fly from terminal 1 or terminal 2.

How can I go Alfama from Airport? Can I go by Metro? What is the last time.

Hi, Metro close at 1 am and opens at 6:30 am. You can go to the nearest metro station of Alfama ( Intendente or Martim Moniz) then take tram 🚃 to go there. Also with public bus. I hope you got your answer.

I’ve been there, from Geneva to Lisbon.It’s a great airport.I remember since it was our first time here we had trouble searching for the baggage claim lol but we eventually found it

Hi, There is two way. 1. Bus 2. Metro or Tram. When you take exit from Airport, you will find Metro on the ground. You can ask anyone. You have to change metro at Alameda point. And by this way you can easily go to the city center in cheap way.

Also, I will be arriving Lisbon at 9pm , is Lisbon safe at night for female solo travelers, or should I move my ticket to an early time arrival.

Lisbon is safe for females. No problem at all. It’s a touristic country. So Portugal always concern about travellers. Don’t need to change. You will see the crowds until late night almost everywhere. Just avoid the guy if anyone try to help you out from himself.
