a complete guide to #vancouver on where to live when you are moving here! i take you through the LEAST affordable areas - VERY expensive - and also the more affordable, safest options around the vancouver city area!! what are the BEST vancouver suburbs to move to? what are the WORST suburbs to live in? living in Vancouver definitely has its perks, but with rental prices soaring it is harder and harder to make the move over here! i talk in depth about where to avoid, and how to know if a place is too good to be true! make sure you check the rental property BEFORE you commit to living anywhere - go view it in person! please! haha
i hope this helps at least one person moving to the lower mainland here in British Columbia from overseas, or if you are moving from other parts of Canada.

Aww thats so sweet to say!! What else would you like me to speak about?? Those suburbs are defs different to vancouver! West vancouver is a lot of mansions and old money and north van is for beautiful earthy people and their dog and hikes!! Not many sharehouses over that way. More quiet living there for sure in North Van! ❤️ please lemme what else i can help with! X

I'm been looking elsewhere and none compares to your comprehensive approach to rental discussions and reiteration of options and choices looking for an apartments to rent in Vancuever. @@tazzistarr3256 there is absolutely nothing to see there unless you had family living there/to stay with! It’s a really random area to go to if you were just visiting Vancouver for a week. You would drive over an hour just to see anything of note around the Vancouver area ☺️ do not stay there if you have limited time to see the city! Trust me ☺️

@@SashSays @SashSays Yes. You could add places that are : 1. ideal for families. 2. that are flood prone 3. prone to the wild fires 🔥 You could look at the wider 21 cities of Metro Vancouver.
