The comment's by an announcer in the beginning & end, before & after Sadhguru speaks , aren't needed, I'd rather have the videos as they were, all Sadhguru. Don't know why but to me it's purer that way, any way that's my feeling about it. I love all the videos, quotes , exercises & lessons with Sadhguru. LOVE

What a powerful human being. Thank you sir for your wisdom and sharing your thoughts with the world. I follow your teachings and began thinking this way about 15 years ago . People made their own assumptions about me and my way of living, but it has not deterred me one bit. Life has been a rollercoaster 🎢 for me at times but I stay securely fastened and go through the ups and downs without losing my connection. Unfortunately I have an issue with indulging in drugs. My mind tells me I love and enjoy being high on drugs! You see that's the lie drugs tell some of us. Drugs often tell me I am living life to its fullest. You see, they lie to me and I believe them. Now I am sober and love everything about my life just as I do on drugs. People wonder how I am so happy with such a "tough" past. I don't recall things being so bad, even when I was on drugs I enjoyed my life. 🤷sounds dumb, but I certainly am a happy individual! I learned long ago to just be happy at all costs. Now I understand it's not the drugs that made me happy, it has always been myself that makes me happy.

I hope that Sadghuru also reaches into other parts of the world, like China and Russia. I only mention those regions because I am unaware of what they can see on the web. We are all Beautiful & also need to become the Captains of Our Own Ships ! He is very sharp and also wise. But. It is very hard for me to get over the sarcasm of his tone which seems to outline the message: "You are just so stupid". I think people often have their fears that make them do unwise dicissions, but underneath there is goodness, need to belong.
