*To me, he’s in the same category with The Weeknd and Ariana. He just sounds amazing with everything he does. Had it not been for his social anxiety, he’d be a household name. Not just his core fans like us. But he does what he does for his love of making music, nothing else. And I can appreciate that*

Icarus Falls is his best one yet, imo. The whole concept of it is just so incredible, especially when you're interested in the story of Icarus himself and then you have Zayn telling you his own personal Icarus story and basically the story behind his wings tattoo.. it's so incredible, his mind is incredible

personally I like the second half of the album MORE AND ALSO be prepared for good years in the other half it's about his 'fight' with Louis on the second verse AND about his time in one direction and the anxiety he experienced

I don't think it's about fight, he focuses on his anxiety mostly there. "waste the good years" in a sense that he was probably overthinking everything too much which happens when you have anxiety.

This album is just such a vibe, and the sounds are really not what you'd find usually in pop so i get that it's not everyone's cup of tea but *god* do i vibe with it... Try putting it in full and in order during a long drive in the rain or at night, you won't even realise that time is passing, it's perfect!

@Catherine Riley he is with a person who he loves. Him and Gigi have a baby together now (♡); so to think that he is unhappy with his partner at this point just seems odd.. also, if you know how genuine Zayn is as a person you'd know blindly that he wouldn't do anything (like fake being with someone) just for the sake of his career, image, personal benefit etc. Also, if you know Zayn you would know that he is not a super social person - not to mention that he deals with anxiety -; so choosing a word such as "caged" is a bit disrespectful. Zayn left a toxic environment to take care of himself mentally, to think that he is forcing himself to be with a person who he isn't happy with just doesn't fit. I think we should give him a break and let him enjoy this precious time with his family since he deserves it like we all do. :) Have a good day ♡

fun fact: dusk till dawn, let me and entertainer music videos are connected to each other. if you pay attention to the 3, you'll notice that in dusk till dawn he's tryong to find the girl he wants, in let me he finds her and then is with her and runs away with her and in entertainer, the girl betrays him and leaves him

Personally, I’ve never been a ‘directioner’ or anything. but I like quite a few 1D songs (especially rock me and you n i), and I’ve also never really been a hardcore stan of them as solo artists (I like a few songs by each of them as solo artists /except I don’t like liam’s music at all) but this album has quite a lot of bangers. I never listen to the album as a whole, once was enough lmao. But! Let Me, Good Years & There You Are,,,, BANGERS. I also have his debut in physical CD and adore it

This album feels so good when you are listening to this during the monsoon season, just right after the rain is done and the clouds start to fade that time the sunlight falls on the ground with little transparency and it's the time of sunset. This has actually happened to me and I've never felt so good before then. I hope you can feel this too. 😉
