I feel like you're not really taking the weight of things into account, like I don't think Metal Gear RAY is remotely close to the weight of any version of Godzilla. Along with that, I doubt Armstrong would survive getting stepped on via the pressure of said weight.

⁠yeah most definitely the G Man is way heavier than ray. At least 12x heavier weighting at 95,000 tons at king of the monsters and has gotten bigger since then. G man ain’t no one’s fool in terms of strength. One time in the comics when the avengers randomly showed up and faced Godzilla they got their shit rocked. Godzilla was able to push back Thor while Thor was using Mjölnir trying to push a whole building into the G-man which the G-man proceeded to push Thor back and won that clash. G-man has also survived a black hole and exploded with only his heart left and still regenerated. Man’s is just built different. Also the last huge feat of the G-man was blasting an atomic breath through the entire earth’s crust to the hallow earth in Seconds. Yeah no sorry Armstrong ain’t winning against that lizard. Against kong or below is understandable. Rules of facing the G-man, you don’t fuck with the G-man unless your name is Destroyah or Space Godzilla

While I think it's a given that nobody could pick up any kaiju, what the discussion should focus more on is how well they might be able to damage them with their weapons. HF blades are no joke, and can cut much further than their length would suggest. While Raiden could not afford to be hit, he is fast and agile enough to jump between missiles so that's less of a concern, and while maybe not able to bisect any kaiju just because of sheer size, he might inflict blood loss with enough shallow cuts, or go after the eyes, throat, etc.

Raiden would unironically befriend Godzilla and ride him to destroy Mecha Godzilla
