You’ve literally mashed just about every bit of imagination I could conjure with that intro part from the past decade into video format 😂

Game itself might have been mid at best, but the way they used music to change with the stage itself and blend two genres of music is brilliantly creative that i haven't seen done in other games if at all.

Stage - Robot City: Robots X Hercules I can see Fender and his pals watching the opponents fight and the background shows the monsters from hercules and hades showing up in the background while Ratchet saying "This Is Gonna Be Greasy !"

1. I love actually getting to hear themes clearly and in their entirety! 2. I like the system you had here, the next stage's origin always being of the frnachise that invaded the previous stage.

The devs cared about this Cross Over Project. But Sont didn’t want to give them the budget they need. And Activison for being greedy bastards during the early 2010’s… I still wonder how Abe from OddWorld would have played. And what version of Abe would be used. Cause you know. Soulstorm was probably in development, or still being planned…

I've just finished watching through this twice. And I can definitely verify that this is already a classic. A genuine 10/10 from me! Can't wait for the next "OST Be Like" meme.

It's ridiculously insane how not only do all of these songs match so well with the crossover themes of the corresponding stages, but they also make for intense fighting music as well. My top picks are the Haven City remix, Hot Shots Golf, and Dr. Nefarious's theme. PSASBR truly deserves a sequel.

The music change though is soooo good in this game. My favorite transition is still the Graveyard fro. Medevil To Unfinished Swan. The Unfinished Swan part sounds so beautiful Also the Patapon change in God of War is hilarious. My favorite stages to play was the Stowaways, Time Station, Dojo, and Dreamscape

All the stage soundtracks are a worthy inclusion to any playlist. Well I could plug my playlists but I decline that avenue, but curiosity did kill the cat. Most of the fighters should return either in playable or collectible form. And the stages are so inventive, the possibilities are endless with that concept. With the right backing, this game would have been something stupendous. But we’re just going to wait for a sequel that will never come. 😢

Honeslty I missed PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, is some of my favorite PlayStation games. And with nostalgia I always put this when I'm on chores, and I always thinking of the stages because of the feeling of the music and how I thought when I hear the music while my most best characters are fighting in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 style: Dojo (PaRappa): Same stage feeling by Chop-Chop Master Onion rapping himself. Dojo (Killzone): Chop-Chop destroys his Dojo with his kicks while the MAWLR from Killzone arrives to destroy the town and you know, giant Chop-Chop destroying with 1 kick or punch destroying the MAWLR. Invasion (Killzone): As an Killzone fan, I always like how the ISA Intruders arrived on Helghan Pyroth beach. Invasion (Ape Escape): Dr. Eggman arrives on Helghan too to destroy everything and trying to restart all to make the Eggman Empire while he was vanished by Knuckles and the Team Chaotix with Vector, Espio and Charmy. Time Station (Ape Escape): Focusing on the Rick and Morty Stuff, no one saw Rick's presenation of every invention including an giant portal prototype summoning ramdom things including easter eggs of Monsters Inc., WALL-E and the Spike x Rarity ship from MLP: FiM. Time Station (Resistance): Rick had an perfect summon releasing from the portal Satan from Resistance 3 and Morty was shocked about an alterne 1950's monster attacking the fighters while Morty tries to take back the monster to the potral breaking every invention. San Francisco (Resistance): Same old thing about the Chimera invasion on San Francisco from Resistance 2. San Francisco (Ratchet & Clank): Same old thing when the floor was floating into the space showing Dr Nefarious attacking. Metropolis (Ratchet & Clank): (same as the Rick and Morty thing on Time Station) The front streets of the Greens' house from Big City Greens, Cricket going to have fun with Tilly and Remy allowed by Vasquez. Metropolis (God of War): An colder wind with an little snow started, Grandma Alice and Bill Green are going out of the house searching the kids, while they're ambushed by the Hydra of God of War 2005 eating and crashing. Later, Alice gets ready to fight the Hydra with her sword but it's kinda impossible and then Bill stands on the Hydra's head taking down because of his stomach. Hades (God of War): Same old thing about Hades fighting like a Boss Battle since God of War 3. Hades (Patapon): Same old thing about the Patapon attacking on Hades even the Fever attack. Stowaways (Uncharted): Same old thing about the plane crash from Uncharted 3. Stowaways (Bioshock): Same old thing about the Songbird attack on a ship taken from Bioshock Infinite. Polygon Man (Phase 1): As the Galactus boss from UMVC3 but a little diferrent, their chrome sidekicks are MCU Thanos and Shao Kahn from Mortal Kombat on his MK11 appearance. Polygon Man (Phase 2): After the sidekicks are beaten, Galactus appeared to fight by what he does best. Polygon Man (Phase 3): If it goes toughter after Galactus used his Level 4 power after 1 fighter as been defeated and the Earth is destroyed you can get a last chance like playable King Mickey from Kingdom Hearts 2 (the ending music is when Galactus is beaten and your fighter can feel the power to be better and the power colors are based on Spike and Rarity). Fearless (Heavenly Sword): Same old thing about the Feraless stage at the beginning. Fearless (Wipeout): The stage was crashed down by Rally and Road Cars doing and World Rally Challenge from Gran Turismo including the V6 Escudo Pikes Peaks Special, Celica GT-FOUR Rally Car, TTS Coupé, Mustang Gr.B Rally, 918 Spyder, Thundra TRD Pro and more. Graveyard (MediEvil): With some inspirations on Amphibia, an view on Newtopia before the season 2 events by how's Marcy's one day on the greatest Amphibia City defening by giant ants and other giant insects with an little evil easter eggs of King Andreas. i just picked this game back up yesterday for the first time in 10 yrs and even beat all star mode with Dante. i gotta say, quite the underated game. this team really did care about these franchises and put a lot of effort into the game for. if sony just gave them the proper budget needed, this game would have been almost perfect.

You should do Listening to PSABR OST, but it's everyone's level 3's.

The only unfortunate thing about the soundtrack is that they weren't able to get some of the Actual Music of some of the Games featured (I assume Sony didn't gave them budget to licence the music) and not just the 3rd Parties, but also some of the 1st Parties too, the Time Station theme does sounds very close to the real one, but not getting music from MediEvil, Metal Gear, Tekken, etc is so unfortunate, the only 3rd Party Theme they were able to get was Elizabeth's Theme from Bioshock Infinite

For all the people who think this game should get a sequel, I want to remind you how few PS exclusives are being actively supported, when the original psasbr came out, PaRappa was considered a legacy franchise, and the last PaRappa game was PaRappa 2, which released in 2001. The last Sly Cooper game was in 2013. Sly Cooper is as dead now as PaRappa was when all stars came out.

I have an idea, I'm not sure it will work, but it's worth a try: Someone should create a survey for all fans who love PlayStation Allstars Battle Royale and send it to Sony. The poll is titled: "Fans demand a sequel for Allstars Battle Royale." This game is great. And if a more solid background story, dialogues where characters can interact not only with a single character but also with other characters, and better animation and space designs are used, the sequel will be a bomb. Besides, Super Smash Bros has been doing this successfully for years, I think Sony can do it too.
