Listening to the Scanner while waiting for a train 

While I was waiting for the Wheeling 213 I had the idea of recording the Scanner going off as the dispatcher for the Ohio Central was giving Wheeling & Lake Erie 213 permission over their Panhandle sub between Jewett and Bowerston Ohio
