Pure gold info Jackie when you do the cross selling how you said you call around to look for the buyer for your listing did you end up double ending a lot of deals that way Jackie? And maybe way more money or would half your buyers come from the mls and half from you calling around and finding the buyer? I know a listing agent who got his neighbors house under contract and did a open house and didn’t have a agent he got those buyer agents under contract to buy that home he was selling and got a 40 grand check cut to him over here in the Bay Area in California and that motivated me to get back into real estate seeing how you said you can call around to find buyers is pure good to sell your listing even faster and get a lot of double end deals I’m assuming right Jackie man there’s nothing like real estate commission out there 🔥

Sorry, but I simply don't buy the "on the phone 40-50 hours a week looking for buyers and sellers" angle you propose as tangible value that would lead to the sale of MY house. Maybe generate some listings? Sure... but very unlikely you are going to find ANY buyers with a COLD CALL.
