Thanks for watching. I’ll be doing my 3 month review in the LIT and taking my first Pilates class during that review. My impressions, so far, are that the LIT is more versatile and requiring no power let’s me workout outdoors here in Florida. Hey Stevie, beginner question. Isn't the higher your heart rate the better? I ask because in the video you seemed pleased your rate was lower than the last time you used the machine. Thanks.

Hey Henry, Thanks for the question. It really all depends on multiple factors from age, fitness goals, etc. I was pleased because it meant that my endurance was getting better. With this machine, I could just turn that dial and raise the level to make the workout a bit more challenging as I progress.

With the consideration of better priced while also offers different types of workouts- yes I do believe the LIT Strength Machine is a better offering. The Versa brand is high quality and definitely built great too.

@@StevieRichardsFitness My consideration is the amount of resistance doing the rowing motion; it would appear that the Versa Rower potentially has more, but it's dependent on how much force you can put into it. Plus, you can kayak on the Versa Rower.
