Man, I remember seeing this when it was originally broadcast...and went out and bought the cassette the next day. That's right...cassette! Also...I loved how the fake ending fooled the audience into clapping too early...lol

I even loved her B.C. Rich guitars so much that I got my own B.C. Rich guitars. That mockingbird she is playing is beautiful. LOVE YOU LITA!!!

I remember when this album came out!! I had always thought Lita was a phenominal guitarist when she was with the Runaways. I was so impressed with how well she developed her voice (after practically NO singing with her prior band). I was sad to see her career so short lived. Lita is so talented as a performer and song writer. I hope you'll consider going back into the studio at least one last time. I miss you. Gary

Lipsyncing to the record version was (and still is) very common on a television appearance such as this. Gigs like this are many times booked at the last minute. ("We have a slot open, can you be here a 3:00?") Not always possible to get the whole band there (which she may not even of had at the time) and get set up with a proper sound check, etc. EVERYONE has done it at one time or another.
