People thanked them with $14.99 each for a phone app. Lol subscription models are trash and shouldn’t be rewarded with your business. You never own anything with a subscription.
I don’t know if I got a defective case, but the area around the volume buttons is loose, and it’s extremely hard to use those buttons. Apparently they send a wrist strap with their cases, definitely didn’t get that.
@@keithbennett5179 14 pro. I contacted them twice now. Within their “live support” hours. Hopefully they make it right, or I’ll go with Freewell Sherpa.
