Lithium will get so cheap the cost of transporting the material will make importing it a money losing deal. Once Salton Sea direct extraction is up to production that's were it will come from or North America.

I agree with electric components even besides the fact your battery has to be replaced every few years but this electric car experiment has had its day.. money wasted production wasted time wasted.. I say nice try but now it’s time to grow up and focus on drilling for oil. Lithium mining isn’t ego friendly either along with the hazardous waste.. maybe in the future but the technology hasn’t caught up with the speed of which American runs
