The fact that a castle gives safety but at the samtime doens't murder legions of troops but at the same time cannot ebe taken down by a few simple units is astonishing to me, really well done by the developers.
The castle does murder legions of troops if it has murder holes in castle age. A castle age ram push is rarely viable. Fixed fortifications are the most dominant in AOE2 compared to 1,3, 4 and AOM, where large groups of melee units were often enough.
You always lose with Lithuanians. I think you might be playing them wrong in some sense. I don't think it's wrong to aim for relic dominance, but otherwise it should be done differently
