Now there's a well dressed and dapper litter picker-upper! With a philosophical bent, no less! Thank God for us 'older' folks!

Thank you for cleaning up the community, more people should take care of the environment, in the US those nitro-oxide cans are called "Whippets"

Bins are all well and good but will they get emptied???
