clickbait title because this isn't a starter home at all, it's actually very expensive! I usually call these "stepping stone homes", but my brain hiccuped as I was naming and exporting this house. sorry about that! here's a 1 bedroom (+ a nursery "nook" in the bedroom) house that's mostly designed to be used as somewhere to live between moving out from under the parents roof and starting a family of your own. also a random empty house right next to it purely because I was in the mood for it. idk, I think it's cute and I hope you like it too!

I’ve never noticed the shadows on the items. But it also doesn’t bother me now that I do notice it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am excited for the less shiny wood and misc. patterns. The shiny patterns do bother me. I love this house with the empty shell next to it. being able to put elder family members in the house next door will be so cute too!

I'm glad it doesn't bother you even now that I've mentioned it hahaha and yeah, the shiny patterns are infuriating. idk what ea thought they were cooking but they certainly burnt it. very cute idea, hopefully it's actually big enough LOL I'm pretty sure that house is tiny

i hate the excluders or however they’re spelled 😭 the cribs and beds in my game are BAD BAD for this and i never knew why

Beautiful beautiful build. But I just have a stupid question. I've never played the sims 3 before, but I would love to. The sims 3 looks "alpha" to me (?) while the sims 4 looks maxis match to me, or is that just where the term alpha vs maxis match came from lol?? CC in the sims 4 that looks like it would belong to the sims 3 would be called alpha, while CC that just looks like the sims 4 are called maxis match. please someone enlighten me

honestly I don't even know, I personally don't really think there's such a thing as maxis match and alpha when it comes to the sims 3 but I've definitely seen people call sims 3 custom content "maxis match". seems more of a sims 4 thing to me but I guess everyone's different.

sims 3 doesn’t really have that going on, sims 4 does tho! i remember in the very early days of sims 4 cc most of it was straight up alpha

little blue stepping stone starter station would’ve been even better. past shellsea sucks at this make sure you read the info about the mods you install xx
