Excellent cover to a bluegrass love song by Lester Raymond Flatt [1914-1979] of Duncan's Chapel, TN, and William Smith (Bill) Monroe [1911-1996] of Rosine KY (bluegrass musicians and songwriters). Bill Monroe, a musician who created the style of music known as bluegrass, which takes its name from his band the "Blue Grass Boys", originally recorded Little Cabin Home On The Hill in 1947 on Columbia Records with I Hear A Sweet Voice Calling on the flip side.
