Kevin Olusola is not only a brilliant beat boxer, he is a wonderful tenor singer and plays the cello. He invented cello boxing (watch their cover of Shallow). The others here are Scott Hoying (tall blond baritone), Mitch Grassi (short black hair counter tenor), Avi Kaplan (beard bass), and Kirstin (Kirstie) Maldonado (alto). Avi left the group in 2017 and was replaced by another great bass, Matt Sallee.
Merry Christmas! Thank you for reacting to Pentatonix and yes you said it right. You won't go wrong with any of their songs. Definitely listen to oh come all ye faithful, Mary did you know, the prayer, hallelujah, and amazing grace. Have fun and enjoy!
Tim, love the tree and I value young men like you and your brother. Working on your dreams and purposes. Living as blessed and faithful men. You are both a breathe of fresh air during these troubling times. Never stop being good people!!!
More Pentatonix Christmas, please ! They have dozens of Christmas songs, so you should be able to find something you're interested in, and all their songs have creative, fresh arrangements.
The Pentatonix have done so sooo many great covers, you didn't even get to witness what Mitch Grassi is able to do with his falsetto, it will make every hair stand up on your body! You get a taste of it in their rendition of Hallelujah but a fun one is their Daft Punk medley, and you get the see the rang of all their voices.
Thank you for reacting to Pentatonix. They are an outstanding acapella group with no bad songs or performances. Your choices are endless. Enjoy the journey.
If you have Disney+, they did a Christmas special just last week and Silent Night was one of the songs they did. They did sort of a look at several places around the world and the Christmas songs they sing in each place. It's worth a look-see.
Thank you for reacting to this lovely Pentatonix video. Glad that you liked it. They are amazing. I hope that you will react to Pentatonix again soon. They have hundreds of amazing videos and songs from which to choose. They have a lot of Christmas videos, albums and songs. They are currently on their Christmas tour.
The way this arrangement brings in harmonies one at a time is ear candy! Just saw their sold out Christmas Spectacular concert in Ft Worth ! It was phenomenal!! Their deep friendships over a decade certainly makes for beautiful music!
Welcome, please join us in the RABBIT HOLE. You won’t regret it. But be prepared for a wild ride. Pentaholics are a extremely loyal fan base. Watching their videos not only lets you see the best acapella group in the world. You will also grow your channel, fast. The young man, 2nd on the right, is Mitch and he will look different in every video so be forewarned. I’ll let the others fill you in on everything else.
If you're looking for December Christmas music, you really should check out to the song Pentatonix won a Grammy for, "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jt3oAyK_IG8.html
If you don't check out anything else by Pentatonix, you must check out Amazing Grace. Or if you want Christmas music, my favorites are Mary Did You Know and You're a Mean One, Mr Grinch.
You should watch the version that Bing Crosby and David Bowie sang together, if you haven't already. They're two of my mom's favorite singers, and it sounds really pretty. We both love it. :-)
The spot where they filmed that video is about 10 minutes away from my home. It’s up in Kenneth Hahn Park. Beautiful views up there of downtown Los Angeles all the way out to Santa Monica and the Pacific Ocean.
Hi there from the UK. The Pentatonix are OK but check out Sean Quigley playing Little Drummer Boy and also Bing Crosby and David Bowie dueting Little Drummer Boy.
I love Pentatonix! I have found another group that sings my favorite Christmas song, The Little Drummer Boy...the group is called for King and Country. The stage version is amazing! I didn't think I could find another group that could compare to Pentatonix, but these guys are amazing.
Please play more of Pentatonix Christmas music. That particular album Little Drummer Boy was from was great. "Mary Did You Know" is fantastic. You did figure out they don't use any instruments other than their voices right?
You're going to hear this a million times but please watch Pentatonix Mary Did You Know and find the sing-along version where you can also read the words. What song is so powerful and so beautiful I swear to bring you closer to God the second you hear it. Also you look a little sad today here's a virtual hug for you. Thanks for promoting the great equalizer of man which is music.
I just saw them at their live Christmas show, and can tell you they still sound this great live. They are amazingly talented, and it does my heart good to see young people who are from my high school (3 of them) making the most of their gifts!
@@beverlysmith8025 Yeah. I didn't realize the song was originally written with "little baby" by the composer. I"ve heard versions that say "Baby Jesus" (The Jackson 5 version is one of them).
