More! All my memories of Nitendogs came flooding back. I miss Max, my dachshund. He had a naturally ability with the discus, and learnt to do agility courses too. Truly one in a million. I'm not crying, I just have something in my eye....

I think so! This game was on the DS and Wii over here in Japan, and as far as I know this is the first English version of the game to be released :)

Anyone remember the old Nintendogs and when you hadn’t bathed or brushed your dog in a long time, you’d open up the game and there would be FLIES buzzing around the dog like they had the plague.

Also fittingly enough, today a bunch of relatives came over and one of them brought his one-year-old dachshund pupper. And yes, there was petting and playing fetch with pinecones. Only she wasn't very good at the whole fetching part, she preferred to just chew on them. But she's still a good dog.

I think the problem you were having with throwing Jon, was that you kept yelling _"Shake"_ and presumably shaking the controller like a Maraca. All you needed was a simple *_Throwing Motion_* - bring your arm back, then swing it forwards, like if you were _actually_ throwing something.

@@patrickbo2045 While I found Sakura Swimclub the Hedgehog Cut to be very enjoyable, I have unfortunately not found entertainment in many of the Visual Novels. Sometimes they're good, other times not so much. Bridge builders and cutesy animal games just hit the mark every time. Well, as I recall it anyway. A diligent rewatch of the archives might yield a different result.

Jon just spent a full minute yelling at a virtual dog.... like I have seen Jon do a lot of bad things, but 1 minute of yelling at this poor sweet innocent, purely fictional puppy who cant hear you or respond in any way... this might be a field too far.
