Now days it takes many weeks and months to build a house and building a building like a shopping mall building a restaurants. Plus having more than one man to help to build the building. As well as safe occupancy and accurate lights pluming and toilets working.

its pretty and very well made,, but i dont remember the house looking like this ,, i remember mary and Laura shared the same bed and the window but not the dining room at 2..25 in the video you added,, i thought that they ate on the large table by the fire just down from the stairs that led to Laura and marys bedroom that had the ladder leading up,,, i didnt know there was another room with a table ,i never remember a separate dining room,,, the fireplace is excellent
That is the coolest! Just move Mary and Laura's bed so the head of the bed is on the side of the front window and the side of the bed is against the wall, like how the desk is, on the opposite side of the desk. That is so cool where did you get that? I have all the LHOTP DVDS! N books! Enjoy your Little house! Awesome love it! : )
Flower Power I was thinking the same thing about the bed and the table..how it had to be turned in the right direction...like that house is awesome I wish I had it but just put the bed and table like it is set up on the show..and then it will be perfection
I saw Little House season 1 episode 1 where Michael Landon aka Charles Ingles builds the Little House. One man Cannot build the House Alone like putting up all 4 of the walls and the roof alone. Maybe building a shack alone is possible.
its a kit, but very basic, I dont believe these kits are around anymore not to sure. She's working on the Waltons House now, Sub and checkout the video on that! May interview her again
Nice but. Missing a back of the house bedroom window. There’s a window behind Charles & Caroline’s headboard. & No Carrie’s bed. Furnitures not right & some styles or placed right either or kitchen stuff. Not being mean. Just saying. Nice effort though. I know this show like the back of my hand. Could tell you anything you want to know about it. Lol.
I'm reading the books and watching the series again. "Nothing is the same" is an incorrect statement. I believe it encompasses a lot of material from both works and it is done well. The book and the show could have been said to not contain anything "the same" as her life as well but I believe both bring a truth to her life.
@@jp_ministries8354 The front door is hinged on the oppisite side of the real house . That is , in no way a dig from the amazing talent of this wonderful lady . There is only a handful of people who can do what she did. IT shows by all the thumbs up comments . The entire layout of the little house ,the location of the fireplace ,the upper loft , the wind break surrounding the front door , even the placement of the windows to take full advantage of the breeze. I can't get enough of the little house series , there is always something I overlooked ,the previous time I view it .
