My parents always played Joe's records. I also remember circling The Westerner in Victoria TX in the back of my parent's car hearing these tunes blaring out of the place. These songs are a part of my soul and will always bring back great memories everytime I hear them. BTW, Please do not take for granted that we can still go out and see this great music live. If you ever have the chance go to see him ... you never know when you will no longer have that chance ....
