I’m starting to wonder if the other girls just suck it up instead of saying something cause Leigh and Perrie in different clips said they both were also having that issue but they waited for her to say it.
She might have hearing issues. Both me and my boyfriend are musicians, but I have tinnitus and he doesn't, we always ask for volumes in our in-ear monitors to be completely different
when they say "mics up" do they mean like louder the sound of mic BUT we can hear them on the videos tho? so do they mean like the sound on their earpieces?
@@igiglim yeah, the sound of the mic on their earpiece so they can hear themselves singing and sing on pitch, cause the arena is too loud for them to hear themselves.
Yeah, they’d just walk over to someone else’s mic and either sing into theirs or yell “help, turn my mic on” It doesn’t happen that much but they just share their mics most of the time and sometimes they need a new one because they somehow managed to loose it 😂
Jessica Spurrell you said “did one direction dirty” and i said everyone in 1D has mad talent (none of then outshine each other they just show there personal skills when singing) and Fibonacci said not louis and i said especially louis because he is, along with the others, amazing and deserves everything the other boys have
The fact that I'd never noticed almost all of these even though some of them are performances that I've rewatched several times. They're so professional. I love them even more after watching this. Btw your channel is literally my favorite thing on RU-vid for real❤️
@@lifthsumtionyesyes1387 yeah it was during 'Wings' when her ear-piece started malfunctioning so she was off-beat at first. she then took it off, and continued.
I love how kind and respectful they are! So professional, and understanding of the trouble it is to get sound perfect in new spaces with different technology and acoustics! Coming from the tech side of theatre, it’s so stressful when your equipment malfunctions and how performers react really show who they are!
Kjerstin Anderson I agree. They’re very kind about it cause they know technology isn’t easy and malfunctions can happen at times. It’s the way how they react that makes me have so much respect for them. Some celebrities are so rude about it.
2:38 Jade looked the most wee bit annoyed because the mic or ear piece wasn’t corrected or whatever n tbh I would too lmao after doing a high note and it’s not even fixed. Poor Jade, bless her 😂🤣✨💕
I think it's usually all of them that has sound issues but Jade's the only one that points it out everytime cuz there's a few clips where Jade says something then the others follow lol I love Jade
It happens a lot on the Summertime ball that artists have trouble with their in-ears or mics, or whatever that happens A LOT i've noticed.. like for example, Little Mix, Ariana, 5H, and who knows which artists too
I swear they must talk to the sound technicians before hand cause I could barely tell what they were saying. Like I'm assuming circle up means turn my ear piece up but that's all I got. Perre's little wave thing went completely over my head.
There's widely accepted gestures so that everyone knows what it means. According to some of my performer friends, the circle up means that she wants the track and/or the other girls turned up in her in-ear. Circle down being the opposite.
Okay 2 things: First of all, they are SO clever with all of these!! If it's in the middle of a song, the majority of the time it just fits into the choreography. Also God bless those sound technicians for being so perceptive. And second of all...I can't help but think that if I were singing onstage (which is something I've done a few times in the past and want more than anything to do in the future 💜) I wouldn't be able to communicate as stealthily as Little Mix does because whenever I sing, I automatically do all sorts of hand gestures bc I feel like it helps with my singing. This just goes to show how professional, well-rehearsed and smart Little Mix are 💕💕💕
They handle situations like that with such grace. Other artists would literally stop performing and say something through the mic. But them, they just carry on while giving hand signals and facial expressions that could easily camouflage with the whole performance.
Little Mix above them all! The most professional and talented group i've ever known. No vocal holes. And the fact that perry doesn't want to do solo song because she's in LM makes them more stronger as a group. Pls comeback with jes🙏🏻
If I was in their audio team my dumb ass probably would think that these subtle hand gestures are part of the choreography and just go on enjoying their show 😂
I like that they are so nice about it, there are so many celebrities who are straight up evil towards there techies. it’s nice to see a them being so sweet about it
The thing is that soundchecks are done without a big audience but during the actual concert the sound may change due to the big number of people in the stadium
Idk but I really find it so cool when artists do the gesturing, especially when it look so pro, if I happen to be one I might do it often times for nothing lmaoooo
