Hard to say. Mobius is a specific tech card with a unique ability so maybe try looking at your pocket meta and see what can fit well in there. You can use Polaris for another enabler, but she doesn't work too well with Angela. Or maybe Elsa to buff full lanes with Spider-Man, or Kitty... Red Guardian too as another tech card.
