In the DLC, we learn that The Lady turns children into Nomes, and Runaway Kid was turned into one, the last time we see him on screen is him in his Nome form in the exact spot of the Nome Six ate, it's pretty heavily implied and he's labeled as deceased on the Fandom Wiki.

It’s the flesh of children because the janitor takes “care” of them and sends the dead kids to the chef who then butchers them and delivers food the guests help this game is terrifying
