I wish i never clicked on the comments. My heart broke. I cried hard. Here I'm thinking my story will be submitted and I'll thank him for helping me. And not being able to just hurt more than i can describe. I've tried many MANY times to get off percs and failed over and over again. My head would play tricks on me and my mental space would be soooooo bad. I'd cry and cry and break. Terrified of the withdrawls kept me locked. But after watching a few of Ryan's videos, I got this power. I got this wave of strength and looked at changing my life as a good thing. I faced it with positivity. I'm still early in it. It’s all a decision on where we want to get our dopamine and endorphins if you’re in early recovery and you work out and eat clean run and do things to kickstart natural production instead of choosing to want to get it artificially then you will progress faster at moving as close to the brain chemistry you had prior to addiction
