I would rather have a game full of hackers than no game at all.

My worst nightmare has come true. but im not really upset, because i knew this would happen anyways. this series has been around for 15 years, slowly decaying, and well. yeah. it was bound to die anyways. thank you, little big planet. i may not have gotten to play this game for long because i've only been alive for 14 years, therefore i probably only ever got to play lbp2 or 3 when i was around 5 to 6 years old. i still have alot of memories with it eitherway.

bro, this game was my actual childhood, I played the first and third through the entirety of it, to see it go, makes me so upset, and brings back all the memories I had playing hours and hours of this game straight with almost no break, RIP LBP, my favorite game ever

JUST LETTING YOU GUYS NOW , ITS NOT THE SAME BUT EITHER WAY YOU CAN PLAY ONLINE CUSTOM SERVERS ON RPCS3/PS3 AND PS5(i think) AND THERES A LOT OFF PPL PLAYING(at least mor than 50 at some point)

I love you guys. I love the memories we made in that game. We have officially become adults.

All good things come to an end I suppose, this game was my child hood. 2024 really is the year where my childhood fades and my life starts anew again, which makes me feel kind of weird. Hopefully someday, somehow, we'll get a 4th game for the ps5 with new characters and a brand new story. Till then though, ill just be happy this game existed at all.

And now I know, it's just a game, I don't need the rules to play. Maybe it's happy, maybe it's sad, but you can't choose the way to play.

So many memories and friends made on this franchise. Disappointed in Sony

Y'know, there's this EU law that mentions that you have the right to demand for your own work to be given to you instead of being destroyed, and knowing that the resource servers are still up, someone with the wits and guts to do it could go through the hassle of a legal battle with Sony and get their levels back. I am saying this just so you can acknowledge it, whether y'all get motivated by this or not it's up to you. (P.S i know that i've phrased this rather poorly but i simply do not have the time to articulate this, i was just passing by)

This game being shut down brings such depression to me. The fact that ALL the levels that have been made over the past decade are ALL gone… doesn’t feel real to me. I truly hope that LBP4 or another game related to this franchise becomes a reality, but a man can only dream.

Man, all of this just sucks. It just plain sucks. I played this game ever since I was a kid-1, 2, 3, PSP, Karting... and now it's actually finished. When I get the chance, I'm loading up my PS3, putting the games in and playing them from start to finish. Played, created, shared.

Silver lining is that this has brought the community together more than ever before. Private servers exist but they're a bit on the technical side and I don't care enough right now to bother. Also this is the ultimate moment for a rise and fall of lbp video lol

Idk what to say, it's been so long since then, but I'm surprised that lbp is gone... No.. Really gone. I grew up playing this game, and it sucks that... It's officially dead, well in an online sense, but their are private servers and dreams.. But LBP fans say that "it's not the same" but.. Idk myself.. Just saying

I guess no more online lbp... No more playing with friends... No more playing with my favirote community levels... No more host or join... And no nothing... This was my childhood... And my sisters remembered playing those...

It wasn't just a game... It was a whole community, with friends knitted close together. We made this game, and it made us.

i mean, there is still a fan-made server that allows you to play lbp games online through pc, ps3 and psvita, unless they are shutdown as well but i dunno, i am about to give it a try just now.

They could have at least frozen the servers like Nintendo did with Mario Maker... Now over 10 million lbp levels, across the span of 16 years, predating minecraft in terms of being a game whose core base was designed around ugc, were lost. I miss playing it on the vita🎉

LittleBigPlanet™3 deserved better than this 😢this franchise was everything to me, i met most of my best friends that i still talk to to this day, hearing about this news yesterday was saddening to say the least

Who would of thought... from meeting new friends everyday, to hackers responsible for the death of an ERA! LBP was more than a just game, It was our childhood! LBP will always be in our hearts! Thank you, LittleBigPlanet! For all those years of entertainment!🫡👋

The custom servers aren’t the same as the old ones

I made a video explaining on my channel how I actually feel this is leading probably to LBP4... I really do feel though although its sad to hear, there are reasons to believe that LBP4 is happening, I mean even the fact that the LBP game servers are down, yet the server for the user created content (photos, levels, etc) is still up and running....

I just want littlebigplannet to continue with new games good or bad

Little Big Planet & Halo had the best communities that I have ever seen in a video game.
