@@user-vw8do8ho7s if this is happened on the bus I can only imagine what her evil self does in the class room to this poor baby.. and I can clearly see this is a buss thank you 🤙🏾
As a black woman who works with Special Needs children I am outraged! Some of us do love them and care for them the way we're supposed to! I have 2 autistic boys, I would have done my best to get to her before the police! Losing her freedom isn't even close to enough punishment for her and anyone else who would do this to a child!
So call the news channels & tell them to label this racist. Then you & the other 59 ppl that liked your comment so far, can be satisfied & live productive & fulfilled lives. You all should get together & start a petition. In the meantime, do you want me to send you videos of stuff that is actually racist, that is not called racist?🎻Is the Black woman hitting the child hateful & evil or racist? Cause I saw hate & evil. How did you get surmise racist? If we find out her other victims are Black, what’s your comment gonna be about that? Ppl like you need moments like this to validate your racism.🎻
She hasn't been convicted yet that's why they always say allegedly remember that's how our justice system works innocent until proven guilty in court not outside of court even if there's video evidence unfortunately that's how our dumb system works
@@campbellki2 You mean the kind of stuff this lady should be held personally responsible for? Well she has already been released, so yeah the streets need to keep her honest and hold her responsible.
I've been saying this for a long, long time. The power to enforce law and order, and punish, which is held exclusively by the State (few exceptions exist, like self defense) is given by the people, underwritten in the Constitution by the constituents. It is a _duty_ and not a right, and when the State fails to uphold it, the people _can_ and _must_ take it back, otherwise the position is vacant which only stimulates crime. We have all seen the effects of leniency with criminals in the last years in big cities, so it is only natural people take their duty back.
@Twee13 The teachers have nothing to do with it. Even if they complained to the district about the bruises, the principal and higher ups have the final say. It's admin who sent the emails saying nothing was happening. They should get sued. Whoever decided nothing was happening. The teachers don't make that decision. They might have been worried about how the boy was getting the bruises, too.
@sarahm.5356 Doesn't matter. She's a member of the faculty of a school district that allowed to let this happen. And for a WHILE, too. Now, imagine if that was your kid. Better yet, imagine if that kid was you.
@@gennadicole7102 ya it only matters when the demographics are the other way around. I wouldn’t be surprised if they charge the kid for hurting that enriching diverse women’s hand.
I have 2 severely autistic boys. This is one of my worst fears for them to be assaulted by a person PAID TO CARE FOR THEM. I used to be a home health aid in nursing homes, assisted living and home health as well as work with special needs children. BACKGROUND CLEARANCES ONLY STOP THE PPL WHO WERE CAUGHT AND CHARGED. Theres plenty of sickos who slip thru the cracks. Its fckn disgusting. I believe these caregivers should have to wear body cams like the police do
@@ttatetate4165 actually YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN. I have been their caregiver for nearly 5 yrs now as they are turning 4 and 5. I STAY AT HOME WITH THEM SO I DONT HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE do it. However, They need to go to school when they become old enough. Some children cannot be in school without a nurse or an aid. Even some children who are more mentally mature, but physically needy, need supports sometimes! I am not a teacher altho I have been educating myself on things their Dr has told me are important. Not every parent is equipped to do homeschooling even for "normal" children.
I experienced something similar with my autistic child. the GUILT you feel as a parent is so devastating. the fact that your child experienced trauma and you werent there to protect or help them.. it hurts so much. they are defenseless. many autistic children are nonverbal. im so glad that her actions were caught on camera.
Why why do all of you care about that? Does it freaking matter a grown-up human being beat on a child human being that has autism there’s nothing to do with race there. She is a evil sick woman. I don’t care her skin color for beating on a defenseless child I don’t care the child skin color, what’s wrong with you people an adult violated a child it really shouldn’t matter what the skin color is. I think there’s something really wrong with all of you if that’s what you’re worrying about.
Two grown men get in a bar fight thats over in two minutes, one guy is charge with four different felonies, this woman daily beats this small innocent boy that cant speak and she gets one third degree felony.anyone working in law should be ashamed
Actually 3rd degree assault is a misdemeanor. I believe any intentional act against a child should be considered a felony. It should carry at least 16 years or more.
This child was actually riding the bus to attend a private school that specializes in teaching children with severe autism. Evil people exist everywhere.
In Oregon my nonverbal grandson (7 at the time) was sexually assaulted on the bus by an older larger special needs student 11 times. The bus driver and bus aid covered it up, didn't tell my daughter. They did tell a special ed teacher, that teacher did not report it. This happened during summer school. When regular school session started, an aid who had overheard the bus driver and aid tell the teacher about it asked the teacher what the outcome was and found out it wasn't reported, so she reported it. Then a few weeks later they contacted my daughter and told her what had happened. The bus driver and bus aid lost their jobs and last I heard they were suing to get them back. The teacher didn't even get reprimanded. In Oregon it is the same as a traffic infraction when mandatory reporters don't report abuse. The point of the story is that often the people who are working with special needs children, especially in public schools, are the bottom of the barrel. They are the people who can't get jobs in any other area. They don't care about them, they have no empathy for them. How could these children in Colorado be abused for months and no one knew about it or did anything about it, even when parents complained of injuries starting in September???? The schools didn't bother to look at the videos? It's literally sickening, this is making me throw up, and making me want to take a visit to Colorado. This woman was released immediately! She should never see the light of day!
Its crazy how schools like to cover up whenever something bad happens. In the 3rd grade (I was 7-8) I was mentioning suicide/thinking about killing myself because of bullying. A Teacher asked me questions but they did nothing. Its sick.
This is why I decided to make my autism diagnosis public. This is just vile and something needs to change, because that child had no way of defending himself! He couldn’t even speak! This crushes me, autistic children are targeted and it needs to end.
My daughter’s preschool teacher would pinch her because she didn’t want to sleep. I worked there and reported they do nothing! I pulled her from the school and quit
this is soo funny I was a communication limited little white boy at ghetto day care and had ghetto classes for some years in school and people didnt believe me when I complained about the aggressive behavior from both staff and kids. I wasnt able to talk about it until I was much older. I tried to tell my mom step dad in laws and sister as an adult and they accused me of being racist. They didnt grow up in ghetto situations though. I even had a few black friends who were nice in the past that I knew were good people and not like this. I was trying to tell my so called family members its hard on lone white boys in ghetto environments. The white kids didnt do this when I was at white classes or white summer camps. If they were mean they barely touched me just joked about me at the very worst.
This is exactly why they need cameras in schools. We don’t know what’s going on the schools hide things. It’s absolutely ridiculous. She’s lucky it wasn’t my child that poor baby she needs street justice.
There's no need to reverse the race it happened to him and the sad thing is all these voices that are crying out now asking where are the voices now don't do the crying out when the roles are reversed. It doesn't matter that this is a white child or black child. All that matters is that he is a child and he was abused. Statements like this is how racism is fueled. Instead of getting to a solution of the problem, getting Justice for the baby we have to spew hate. It's just disgusting all the way around.
I can't believe my eyes! Why she did this to a nonverbal kid???? The poor child even can't let parents know what he suffered, she took advantage of the child's disability! Oh my gosh
We need cameras in all special need schools. My son’s school has no cameras. My son also has autism and is nonverbal. He came home one day with teeth mark on his butt, and another day with scratches on his arms. I feel so sorry for these children and parents.
My heart is broken....this is outrageous...and my heart aches for those kids, the parents and the entire community, for having to be subjected to this horrible treatment and behavior....there is NO excuse for this!!!...this is unacceptable, and it MUST stop!!
We had a few of those on our bus back in middle school which got closed down and the two females were about over 300 pounds and would sir on the special need students only for them to play the victim if the kid had to defend themselves. It was either sitting on them while in the car sears or the red finger nails. I started taking the bike to school especially when I heard they would issue more homework if they found that the homework was finished on the bus because of it being "home work"
The attorney statement is correct. Once a claim of harm on the kid was made, looking at the video that day should have happened and obviously didn't. The driver could have noticed too. There is no reason to believe this shouldn't have been caught faster.
They should investigate her life going back years; who knows what she did to her own nieces and nephews, neighbourhood kids, random kids in the street, playgrounds or on public transport. I wouldn't be surprised at all if she turned out to be a serial child torturer / murderer..
We moved here (Colorado) specifically so we could properly look after our child with autism, I worry about his EVERY SINGLE day. My child also can not speak. He is sweet and loving, but some times difficult. Yes, I understand that the kids are hard to deal with, but if you can not do it, LEAVE! DONT hurt these kids, they are so so precious.
@@debrafirestone861always been this way unfortunately. I’ve heard stories from adults about what they went through from people in charge. My niece goes to a camp now that always requires 2 staff or more and also 2 kids or more no one alone with each other. I thought wow that’s a lot of work to make sure that works out but I know someone hes an adult now who was hurt by a counselor in a way at a camp type thing and I’m like this is good to make sure safety is a priority
Shes using all the school bus seat, almost squishing him out of the bus wall, this demons shall be put in jail for the rest of her life,. Very dangerous to children's 🚸
What does skin color have to do with a grown person beating on a defenseless child not one iota of anything you people need to stop with your BS on racism it’s ridiculous anymore
@sdjslkdjlsskldjslkdjsl8262, if you can't handle severely disabled people quit the job or switch schools. These children can't help that they have autism.
Why was she let out on bail? Assaulting a child and too autistic non-verbal child who does not even comprehend what assault is should be a non-bailable offense. I smell social justice at play here.
She was bonded out for the same reason any hate crime perpetrator is bonded out. She had the money. The states are more about the money than they are about the help of the citizens that live in it.
