damn, this match was much closer than the result has been in the end. could have easily been 2:2 instead of 4:0. poor petty. nonetheless great tournament and i cant wait for more! wp by liu shiwen of course. credits to her too.

Congrats Liu!! Solja did improved a lot, even lost 4 in a row but did give liu some pressure, not bad.

Damn shame Petrissa couldn't get a single game. Love her backhand, hope she participates in more tournaments.

Solja played well. She tried the same tactics she used successfully against Hirano. Unfortunately, Liu Shiwen doesn't have any holes in coverage like Hirano. Liu Shiwen is complete but missing that max power, otherwise she'd have been world champion already - shame since she was amazing in the CNT at 16 years of age. It is now many years on, and Liu Shiwen probably will never get a world championship.
