Actually the prima facie evidence is very strong in this case so I highly doubt its just trolling or a set up. he has been detained and you don't detain celebrities over mere speculation. Also he wasn't immediately arrested but rather in few days and that's because the evidence against him was being established. Other legal and govt departments have also gotten involved so I think it's a pretty serious matter and there is some truth to the allegations

You'd have to be pretty stupid to make false accusations like this against a big star. If he was innocent he's rich enough to get the best lawyers to clear his name.
