@@Alienshade the term lady boy means trans woman yes, but its not be the most polite term, it's more of a slang way of saying transgender woman, and is usually used in a derogatory (mean) manner.

@@Alienshade oh and as far as being born that way, they just meant they have always had the brain of a female. You can look up transgender brain scans and they align as the opposite gender they were born as, it's pretty neat actually
