I wonder how much of original course is replicated in this course,? I already have that one and would like to know if I'm actually getting just AAC + gestalt or it's "diluted" with original course that I already have?
Such a good question! Yes there is some overlap, particularly the first module taught by Alex since this course stands alone from the original course. We needed to have that module for those who didnt have background knowledge on gestalt language processing. The remaining core modules and all of the bonus modules are unique and specific to AAC application. So currently that would be over 8 hours of unique information. I was kinda looking if there are going to be Christmas discounts, since I had to purchase iPad and the app all by myself. Maybe I should just go ahead and buy the AAC course... My child has two SLPs, so it's getting a lot...
