Hope in this budget Hon'ble Finance minister will announce National level freedom fighters scheme for democratic fighters against draconian Emergency 1975-77. 2.. since parliament has passed resolution against Emergency, Hon'ble President of India in her joint session of parliament has said that " Emergency was unconstitutional" hon' ble vice president, Hon'ble lok sabha speaker, Hon'ble Prime minister & many cabinet ministers have spoken about Emergency and innocent young people were put in jail in 1975-77 so we hope that atlast indian democracy will give justice to emergency detainees. 3.. Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific and few states have already given honour and facilities granted to detainees like Madhya Pradesh, chattisgarh Uttarpradesh Bihar etc... but due to political reasons in many states detainees are deprived of this help . 4.. only central government headed by Hon' ble Prime minister Sri Narendra Modi ji can help those democratic fighters against draconian Emergency at National level. 5... Announcing scheme like freedom fighters at National level is Historically very much necessity of democratic history of India.
