Hey to whom this may concern, when cops make BASELESS allegations like but not limited to, ''Because he ran,'' you can go right into a court of law and simply say, ITS NOT A CRIME TO RUN. The suspect would and does have to have PRIOR KNOWLEDGE that he was expected to stop by a cop or cops. Since it is impossible to prove prior knowledge any, grasping at straws to charge someone with running and or evading arrest and or questioning would be and are dismissed. Look I'm a fiarly smart knowledgeable person and I have had cops WANT to talk to me when I was out and about walking with a friend. We were just walking along many years ago and I don't know out of the blue all of a sudden 4 cops wanted to talk to us I guess but we didn't know that lol. We had no way of knowing, we weren't even thinking about that, our head space was just focused on our dialogue and seeing the sights. Then finally these cops got in front of us and stopped us. They got mad saying we knew we were being followed and why didn't we stop etc. We really didn't even know what to say lol. We just said, I DON'T KNOW COPPER, I DON'T KNOW, DUNNO, DUNNO. The cops just kept screaming until they finally relented and said okay go on your way and we left. Its quite simple just the act of running is not a crime. Pedestrians who are walking don't have to stop for sirens. Again prior knowledge would have to be proven before it could be argued the man or anyone in general knew the cops wanted them to stop. Just some random cop yelling out STOP STOP no one is expected to know the cop or cops are talking to them. This looks like just a bunch of stupid psychopaths, ''Hunting,'' to me.

I'm a subscriber and may be slowly becoming a fan. But can you please clarify something? I'm a person who fact checks claims - or verifies something before I believe it. I cannot find any support or evidence that your claim of cops in Las Vegas getting bonuses for locking people up/making arrests is factual. If you are indeed a law scholar and teach constitutional law, how can you reasonably claim they get bouses when there's no proof that this takes place? And the reason I only "may be" becoming a fan, is that this guy doesn't appear to comment on his own videos or answer comments/questions. That always seemed narcissistic to me, or at the very least - incredibly self-centered and out of touch.

How can you trust past me for public property with zero posted signs anywhere?
